Virgin Unite: mission possible!
Challenge. To create a fully integrated fundraising campaign across all Virgin Group companies – using the Virgin London Marathon as a springboard, while stressing that you ‘don’t have to run to take part’.
Solution. Our campaign theme ‘Mission:Possible’. This highlights the inspirational nature of running the Virgin London Marathon, sets members of staff once-in-a-lifetime fundraising ‘missions’ or challenges, and promotes the power of young people to turn their lives around, no matter what.
Results. The clip shows how we inspired everyone to take part, from Chief Executives to the tea lady. Every top cheese received a personal challenge from Richard Branson delivered by a Mission:Possible runner; all staff were given access to an online toolkit that got them off their bums to fundraise; and those lucky enough to run the race got a special training DVD. Mission Possible indeed!
