Virgin Unite: mission possible!
Challenge. To create a proposition and identity for fundraising across the Virgin Group – using the Virgin London Marathon as a springboard, while stressing that you ‘don’t have to run take part’. Something of a paradox! We would then roll out the chosen theme on a variety of promotional and fundraising materials, including a complete online toolkit.
Solution. We came up with the campaign theme ‘Mission:Possible’. This theme runs across all materials, highlighting the inspirational nature of running the Virgin London Marathon, the incredible possibilities for setting and meeting once-in-a-lifetime fundraising ‘missions’ or challenges, and the power of young people to turn their lives around, no matter what.
Results. So far the campaign has done well to really engage staff at Virgin in some amazing (and truly unusual) fundraising missions.
